During the evening of 31 Jully 2024, the Firefighters of Station 20 (Murrysville Volunteer Fire Company), and Station 22 (Export Volunteer Fire Department) attended a Forcible Entry Class provided by the Westmoreland County Fire Academy held at Station 20. The firefighters received instruction on making expeditious forcible entry into a structure during a Fire/Rescue Call. This training is part of the 2024 Joint Training Program that is being provided by the Westmoreland County Fire Academy Training Package. The class provides new and refresher training to the firefighters of Station 20 and Station 22, to enable them to better serve the residents and businesses of the Murrysville-Export Area.
