At ~8:36 PM, Westmorland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville Volunteer Fire Company) to assist Station 30 (Delmont Volunteer Fire Company) for a stove fire at 102 Valley Stream Drive, Delmont, PA. Station 20 responded with Truck 20 (6 fire fighters including Lieutenant 20 and Sergeant 20), Engine 20 (4 firefighters including Asst. Chief 20), with Chief 20 responding to the scene, and 4 firefighters on standby at Station 20 in case Rescue 20 was needed for the incident. Chief 30 cancelled all Station 20 units while enroute to the scene, since the fire had been extinguished and only ventilation was needed. All Station 20 units returned to Station 20.
