At ~4:48 AM, Westmorland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) to assist Station 78 (Sardis VFC) for a Residential Automatic Fire Alarm at a home on Lashan Drive. Station 20 responded with Truck 20 (4 firefighters including Lieutenant 20), with an additional firefighter at Station 20 incase additional apparatus was needed. Upon Engine 78's arrival at the scene and investigation of the home no fire was found, and upon Truck 20's arrival at the scene Command 78 released Truck 20 for return to station.
